Ma fille, je t'approuve.
Voici les mots qu'une mère "devrait" dire à sa fille :
"je t'approuve".
Toute femme aimerait entendre ces mots de sa propre mère.

A la Mère :
Il peut vous sembler très difficile de dire ces paroles.

Entrainez-vous d'abord à le dire cent fois.
Commencez par de petites choses faciles à dire. Trouvez des exemples.

Dites : (ma fille/son nom) je t'approuve quand tu es heureuse, je t'approuve quand tu es malheureuse, je t'approuve quand tu réussis, je t'approuve quand tu échoues, je t'approuve quand tu as le moral, je t'approuve quand tu as le cafard, je t'approuve quand tu as raison, je t'approuve quand tu te trompes...
Je t'approuve quand tu fais des choix, je t'approuve dans tous tes choix.

Entrainez-vous, répétez ceci comme si vous appreniez un long poème.
De préférence à voix haute. Scandez-le, chantez-le si vous voulez.

Un jour, quand ce sera le moment, vous pourrez le dire à votre fille facilement, spontanément.
Cela doit être vrai, bien sûr, vous devrez le ressentir, le penser.
